SAPPHIRE VALLEY: The Great Sapphire OUTHOUSE RACESapphire, North Carolina - FOURTH ANNUAL OUTHOUSE RACES
Not to be missed! The race benefits the Tamassee DAR School of Salem, SC. Proceeds go to learn-to-ski scholarships for the Tamassee Teens. Race consists of homemade outhouses mounted on skis and pushed down the ski slope. The race is double ‘smell’-imination and great fun for the entire family!
Parade starts at 3:00 pm and Races to follow!
FOUR ways to participate~
1. Build your own outhouse.
2. Rent an existing outhouse.
3. Sponsor an outhouse ( advertise your business! )
4. Volunteer for a race team.
